Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects within LAUSD, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports and schedules.

Requirements

• Managing all field operations from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintaining project schedules and driving production milestones.
• Enforcing site safety programs and compliance requirements.
• Leading weekly site meetings and progress reporting.
• Working closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
• Ensuring compliance with LAUSD standards, specifications, and procedures.
• Managing inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $200,000 USD annually.
