Superintendent Intern (COOP)

About the role

As a College Superintendent Intern/Co-op, you will assist Superintendents with hands-on experience in the construction process, working directly in the Mission Critical industry. You’ll contribute meaningfully to ARCO’s success by performing critical tasks at every stage of the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Work on the jobsite and gain hands-on experience from expert field personnel on projects in various working stages.
• Learn skills from the Superintendent, including creating schedules, communicating with subcontractors, and managing a project from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Ability to work onsite in the fall, spring, or summer.
• Local to Sullivan, Indiana, or able to commute daily.
• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related degree program.
• Co-op or intern construction experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
