Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations from start through closeout
• Develop and maintain short-term schedules and lookaheads
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance on active job sites
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Oversee quality control and punch list management
• Use construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues
• Manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Be onsite full-time and actively lead field operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience managing interiors, renovations, or tenant fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
• Experience working in occupied or operational environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites

Skills

Pay

$120,000 - $140,000 per year
