A Design-Build General Contractor headquartered in Madison, WI is seeking a motivated Superintendent to join their team. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Perform quality control and safety checks.
• Provide on‑site direction when preparing construction sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams on‑site.
• Proficient with Procore.
• OSHA 30‑hour certification.
• Technically literate.
• Motivated team player.

Pay

$100,000 – $140,000 per year.
