Our client, one of the largest and most established general contractors in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Superintendent to support a large-scale project based in Texas, US. This is a 12-month contract position.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC systems, piping, and fire suppression installations
- Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and delays
- Monitor system performance and installation quality
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Extensive experience in MEP construction
- Expertise in HVAC, piping, and fire protection systems
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
