Superintendent - Exterior Restoration & Building Envelope
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations on multiple restoration projects
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
- Conduct safety meetings and maintain a strong safety culture
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets specifications
- Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and field teams
- Monitor productivity, manpower, and project costs
- Lead crews through project completion while maintaining high standards of workmanship
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within construction
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Concrete restoration
- Waterproofing
- Masonry restoration
- Facade restoration
- Parking garage restoration
- Structural repair
- Building envelope projects
- Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of safety compliance and field operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
