About the Role

The Superintendent will report to Project Leadership and serve as the primary onsite leader responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule performance, and subcontractor coordination. The role involves overseeing a large-scale data center development and playing a visible leadership role on a long-duration project within a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all jobsite operations, field personnel, and daily construction activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager.
  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and manage daily field performance.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with quality standards, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve schedule impacts, field conflicts, and project risks.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for owners, consultants, inspectors, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents and support project mobilization, logistics planning, documentation, and closeout efforts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience leading commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Previous data center construction experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, look-ahead planning, trade coordination, and field operations.
  • Advanced ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
  • Experience using scheduling platforms such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • OSHA 30 certification and additional safety credentials are preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.

Pay

Competitive base salary: $145,000 - $185,000
