An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Data Center Superintendent to join a leading construction organization delivering complex mission critical projects throughout Texas. This role offers the chance to oversee large-scale data center developments, lead field operations on technically challenging projects, and play a key role in the successful execution of critical infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction.
  • Develop and manage short-term schedules, look-ahead plans, and site logistics.
  • Drive safety initiatives and enforce company and project-specific safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and MEP teams to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Oversee quality control processes, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project turnover activities.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and accountability to field teams while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
  • Required experience delivering data center construction projects from ground-up through commissioning.
  • Demonstrated success leading mission critical, hyperscale, colocation, or critical facility projects.
  • Strong understanding of structural, architectural, civil, and MEP construction disciplines.
  • Experience managing complex MEP coordination, startup, and commissioning activities.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and subcontractor management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Texas as project assignments require.
  • Stable work history with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects safely and successfully.
