About the role
The Superintendent 3 position is responsible for overseeing field operations to ensure the successful completion of projects within safety, time, and profit parameters. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement Operation Zero and safety policies
- Supervise field labor force
- Review and approve trade contractor pay applications and material invoices
- Develop and maintain site logistics plan
- Manage quality program
- Coordinate site testing and inspection reports
- Monitor costs, including labor and materials
- Manage self-perform features of work
- Manage the CPM schedule and look-ahead schedules
- Create daily reports and report quantities
- Mobilize the site and set up utilities
- Absure necessary permits are secured and inspections occur
- Review and verify RFIs
- Review and approve submittals for processing
- Conduct themselves in accordance with Guiding Principles and exhibit Way We Work attributes
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis
- 10 years of industry experience
- Has led at least 1-3 projects or run several complex medium-sized projects
- Data Center project experience a plus

- Able to effectively lead teams through projects of medium to greater complexity
- Ability to manage a team with 1-2 Assistant/area superintendents
