About the role

The Superintendent 3 position is responsible for overseeing field operations to ensure the successful completion of projects within safety, time, and profit parameters. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Operation Zero and safety policies
  • Supervise field labor force
  • Review and approve trade contractor pay applications and material invoices
  • Develop and maintain site logistics plan
  • Manage quality program
  • Coordinate site testing and inspection reports
  • Monitor costs, including labor and materials
  • Manage self-perform features of work
  • Manage the CPM schedule and look-ahead schedules
  • Create daily reports and report quantities
  • Mobilize the site and set up utilities
  • Absure necessary permits are secured and inspections occur
  • Review and verify RFIs
  • Review and approve submittals for processing
  • Conduct themselves in accordance with Guiding Principles and exhibit Way We Work attributes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis
  • 10 years of industry experience
  • Has led at least 1-3 projects or run several complex medium-sized projects
  • Data Center project experience a plus

  • Able to effectively lead teams through projects of medium to greater complexity
  • Ability to manage a team with 1-2 Assistant/area superintendents
