Super Crew Lead

About the role

ProScape Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader who takes pride in quality work and knows how to lead a team in the field. This role is ideal for someone with strong landscape experience who wants to step into a leadership position, develop crews, and keep operations running smoothly. You will work closely with the Account and Production Managers to support crews, train new team members, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support landscape crews in the field.
• Fill in for crews when team members are out.
• Train and mentor new hires on production standards and safety.
• Help crews stay efficient, organized, and productive.
• Reinforce company processes and core values.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help team members grow.
• Perform commercial lawn mowing.
• Maintain landscapes and planting beds.
• Conduct weed control in landscape beds.
• Execute annual flower installations.
• Participate in snow removal operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial landscaping.
• Ability to lead and motivate a crew.
• Strong understanding of landscape production processes.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to give and receive feedback.
• Flexible team player who takes ownership of the work.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay starting at $25 per hour.
