Responsibilities
- Lead daily work activities and crew operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Cookordinate materials, equipment, and labor.
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct site inspections.
- Communicate with supervisors and complete daily reports.
- Train and mentor crew members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of construction experience; 1+ year in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety.
- Ability to read blueprints and manage resources.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- OSHA certification preferred.
Physical
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
