Sunglass Hut - Store Manager

The Store Manager at Sunglass Hut is responsible for leading the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include:

1. Utilizing The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to drive sales and achieve store objectives
2. Identifying and pursuing opportunities to exceed sales targets
3. Coaching, developing, and inspiring the team to improve store performance
4. Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff using onboarding tools
5. Creating a positive work environment that fosters growth and retention
6. Building customer relationships and ensuring consistent delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience
7. Staying informed about product trends and maintaining brand standards
8. Communicating promotions and incentives to the team

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of previous leadership experience
• Expertise in all aspects of store operations
• Strong customer service and/or retail background preferred
