Sundeck Cook - Seasonal

Job Responsibilities

• Cooking and serving all menu items
• Maintaining service, production, and preparation specials on all menu items
• Maintaining all food products at proper holding temperatures
• Keeping the assigned station, reach-ins, sinks, and countertops clean
• Storing unused foodstuffs in proper fashion
• Properly reheating and holding all daily stock

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the USA
• Previous experience in high-volume broiler, saute, and cold food production is highly desired
• Culinary degree is a plus
• Good knife skills
• Availability to work evening shifts, mid-shift, morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Positive, collaborative, and committed to healthy communication and quality work
• On your feet for the majority of the shift and able to lift 50lbs

Pay and Schedule

Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Five scheduled days per week, with varying shifts including evenings, mid-shifts, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
