Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, coachable, and driven individuals to join our Summer D2D Sales Team who are experienced in door-to-door and want to take their career to the next level. This is a high-energy, performance-based role where you will generate leads, set appointments, and help homeowners identify roofing needs.
What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods to generate roofing leads
- Educate homeowners on roofing issues (storm damage, aging roofs, leaks, etc.)
- Set appointments for inspections and estimates
- Represent the Skabelund brand with professionalism and integrity
- Track leads and performance daily
- Work closely with sales leaders and project managers
What We’re Looking For
- Previous door-to-door sales experience required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Coachable and willing to learn sales systems
- Comfortable talking to new people daily
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
- Competitive mindset with a drive to win
