Summer Math Enrichment Instructors (Temp PT)

About the role

CCAC is accepting applications for instructors for the Summer Math Enrichment program to teach middle school students. Classes are held Monday through Thursday mornings in June and July.

Responsibilities

• Teach middle school students in a structured enrichment program.
• Deliver curriculum and content provided by the college.

Requirements

• Background in mathematics (degree or relevant experience) required.
• Must demonstrate strong subject matter competency in middle school math concepts.
• Previous experience working with middle school-aged children strongly preferred.

Clearances

• Current criminal record/child abuse clearances required if offered the position and to be employed at the College.
• Clearances include: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check, and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal Background Check.

Work Schedule

• Location: North or South Campus, depending on the class.
• Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM during June and July.
