Summer Investment Analyst

Job Description

The Investment Management Summer Analyst will assist in executing investment strategies by analyzing market, property, and portfolio data, building financial models, and preparing materials for stakeholders.

You will gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle—from market research and acquisitions to portfolio performance—while working with teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn the real estate industry
• Quantitative background and analytical problem-solving ability
• Strong, precise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics
• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in real estate, finance, business, or a related major
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $30/hour
• Additional Compensation: Determined by factors including business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location
