Summer Internship - Customer Experience - Customer Center

About the role

PACCAR Parts has an exciting Customer Experience summer internship opening at our headquarters in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will work directly with the PACCAR Customer Center, gaining exposure and experience in the Customer Experience process. Learn first-hand from top industry professionals, work directly with managers and senior managers, develop mentoring relationships with customer service leaders, and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes
• Collaborate with Customer Center team members to analyze and improve service coordination workflows
• Review current business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support the implementation of process improvements initiatives, including documentation and training materials
• Assist with Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership, contributing to strategic decision‑making

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Self‑motivation and energetic personality
• Team‑oriented
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Currently enrolled in college; junior or senior standing preferred

Pay

• Undergraduate students: $25.00 per hour
• Graduate students: $30.00 per hour
