Summer Intern

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid with financial reporting, cost analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
• Support procurement processes such as vendor onboarding, purchase order tracking, and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Assist the sales team with customer relationship management (CRM) updates, quoting support, and customer data requests.
• Engage in marketing activities including market research, content coordination, and data analytics.
• Provide support for customer service inquiries, order tracking, and service improvement efforts.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation for assigned tasks.
• Attend department check-in meetings and provide weekly status updates.
• Complete a final capstone project within a designated focus area and present findings to business leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and strong work ethic.
