Summer Intern

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid with financial reporting, cost analysis, and KPI tracking
• Support procurement processes including vendor onboarding, purchase order tracking, and cost efficiency initiatives
• Assist the sales team with CRM updates, quoting support, and customer data requests
• Engage in marketing activities such as market research, content coordination, and data analytics
• Provide support for customer service inquiries, order tracking, and service improvement efforts
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation for assigned tasks
• Attend department check-in meetings and provide weekly status updates
• Complete a final capstone project within a designated focus area and present findings to business leadership

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
