The user wants me to reformat this job posting into clean semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and structure it according to the rules. Key rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists,

for prose - Don't repeat job title as heading - Don't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) - Include section ONLY when real specific content exists - Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Output ONLY HTML fragment, no /, no markdown code fences Let me identify the sections from the posting: 1. About the role / Overview - there's a description paragraph at the start 2. Responsibilities - there are two main areas: 70% Summer/Specialty Camp and 30% OOL/Community Group 3. Required Qualifications - listed 4. Preferred Qualifications - listed 5. Compensation and Benefits - detailed section 6. Employment Highlights - listed 7. How to Apply - but this is application instructions, should be removed per rules The posting has: - Job title: Summer Camp Manager (SCM) - Location: Portola, California - Type: Full time/Year-Round/Non-Exempt - Pay: $21-$26/hr DOE plus up to 80 hours paid overtime summer - Benefits: detailed list I should structure this as: - Brief intro paragraph (about the role) - Responsibilities section with two sub-areas (maybe use subheadings or just list items grouped) - Required Qualifications - Preferred Qualifications - Benefits (since detailed) - Pay/Compensation (since detailed) - Schedule (mentioned: irregular hours, nights, overtime summer, winter break reduced hours) - Employment Highlights But note: "Schedule" as a heading only if posting states it. The posting mentions "Ability to work irregular hours, days, and nights to meet program needs" and "up to 80 hours of overtime through the summer camp season (June-August)" and "Winter Break: Two weeks of reduced hours in December/January with partial paid leave". So there is schedule info. Also "Pay" section: the posting has "Competitive Compensation: $21-$26/hr. (DOE) Plus Benefits" and detailed compensation section. So include Pay. Benefits section: detailed, so include. Now, for Responsibilities: The posting has "AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 70% Manage preparation... 30% Support preparation..." with bullet points under each. I'll create a Responsibilities section with two subsections or just list all items. Since the rule says use

for section headings, I could use

    for Responsibilities and then maybe

for sub-areas? But the rule only mentions

for section headings. It doesn't forbid

. But to keep simple, I'll use

for main sections and within Responsibilities, I'll use
with grouped items, maybe with a leading

for the 70%/30% split. Better: Use

      Responsibilities

      then a

      describing the split, then two

lists with maybe a label for each area. But the rule: "Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So I can have prose paragraphs and lists. I'll structure:

          About the role

          ...description...

          Responsibilities

The role is divided into two primary areas: approximately 70% focused on summer and specialty camp programming, and 30% supporting overnight outdoor learning and community group programs.

Summer and Specialty Camp Programming (70%)

          • ...

Overnight Outdoor Learning and Community Group Programs (30%)

          • ...
          But the rule says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't mention

          . However, using

for subsections is semantic and acceptable. But to be safe, I could just use within

          or

        • . But the sub-areas are distinct. I think using

is fine as it's still semantic HTML. The instruction doesn't forbid other heading levels. It says "use

for section headings" meaning the main sections should be h3. Subsections can be h4. Alternatively, I could make two separate Responsibilities sections? But that would be odd. I'll use

for main sections, and for sub-areas within Responsibilities, I'll use

. Now, Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications: The posting has "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". I'll make them separate sections:

          Required Qualifications

          and

          Preferred Qualifications

. Compensation and Benefits: The posting has "Compensation And Benefits" with detailed list. I'll split into

          Pay

          and

          Benefits

? Or keep as one section? The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states both pay and benefits in detail. So I can create separate sections for Pay and Benefits. But the posting groups them under "Compensation And Benefits". I'll create two sections: Pay and Benefits. Schedule: The posting mentions schedule details: irregular hours, nights, overtime summer, winter break reduced hours. So I'll create a

          Schedule

section. Employment Highlights: This is like perks/culture. I'll include as

          Employment Highlights

. Now, remove application instructions, EEO statement, etc. Also, the first line: "Full time/Year-Round/Non-Exempt Competitive Compensation: $21-$26/hr. (DOE) Plus Benefits Sierra Nevada Journeys’ Outdoor Education Camp, Portola, California Job Description" - this is metadata. I'll fold into a short

in About the role or a separate meta paragraph. But rule: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So I'll include a brief paragraph with location, type, pay range. Let's craft the HTML. First, About the role:
