Accountabilities
- Support practice management initiatives by assisting with project execution, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations, technology, regional groups, and other business functions to coordinate execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen documentation, and create reusable tools and workflows.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives focused on improving team effectiveness and scalable business operations.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a motivated undergraduate student with an interest in financial services, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, management, operations, communications, or a related field.
- Expected graduation year of 2028 and strong academic standing.
- Interest in wealth management, financial services, business strategy, or operational improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data, identify trends, summarize findings, and develop recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including creating trackers, charts, reports, and presentation materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and professional business documents.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with different stakeholders, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
