Summer 2027 Management Trainee Internship

About the role

This Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills in a team-based environment. Interns take on the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals, with peers supporting your growth and development.

This Summer Internship is located at an office in the Florence, SC area and offers compensation of $17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and build relationships with coworkers.
• Engage in daily tasks filled with new, exciting, and rewarding opportunities, similar to those of Management Trainees.
• Work on intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Create and implement marketing strategies.
• May be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Current college/university student graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in August/December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future.
• Must be available to start on May 25th, 2027, and commit to working 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks.

Pay

$17 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours per week) for a 10-12 week commitment, starting May 25th, 2027.
