Summer 2027 Management Trainee Internship

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume. From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This is a Summer 2027 paid internship that would be located at one of our offices within the Altoona, PA 16602 area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles
• Take care of customers
• Develop marketing strategies
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects
• Engage in friendly competition with peers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028
• Must be able to start in our orientation class on May 17th, 2027 and work until August 6th, 2027
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales (examples: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry; leadership: military, athletics/team activities or community, social, or academic organizations)
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly rate: $17.00 / hour
• 40 hour work week
• Internship dates: May 17th, 2027 – August 6th, 2027
