Summer 2027 Management Trainee Internship

This paid summer internship in the Charleston, SC area offers an opportunity to build valuable business and leadership skills. As an Enterprise Management Intern, you’ll gain real-world professional experience in a team-based environment, taking on the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals. The internship is designed to help you develop highly marketable management skills from day one.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles, customer care, and relationship-building with customers and coworkers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competitions.
• Engage in daily tasks filled with new, exciting, and rewarding opportunities.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Current college/university student graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree between August/December 2027 or May 2028.
• Minimum of 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to start on May 25, 2027, and commit to working 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks.

Pay

$18 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours per week) for a 10-12 week commitment, starting May 25, 2027.
