Summer 2027 Management Trainee Internship

Location: Greensburg, PA 15601 area.

This is a Summer 2027 paid internship running from May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles
• Take care of customers
• Develop marketing strategies
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects
• Engage in friendly competition with peers
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028
• Must be able to start in orientation class on May 17, 2027 and work until August 6, 2027
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership, or sales (examples: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality industry; leadership: military, athletics/team activities, community/social/academic organizations)
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future

Pay

$17.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Internship runs from May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027. Orientation begins May 17, 2027.
