Summer 2027 Internship: IT/ IS Greenville, SC

About the role

Michelin has an immediate opening for an IT or IS intern for the summer of 2027 (May–August). You will be responsible for developing real-world IT or IS solutions for Michelin’s business. Your summer project will foster innovation by enabling creativity, experimentation, and problem solving for our business.

This opportunity is at our North American Corporate Headquarters in Greenville, SC. Greenville is situated just about halfway between Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia. Greenville's friendly, thriving downtown and surrounding areas are full of year-round activities for all ages, from one-of-a-kind shops, boutiques and art galleries to museums, tours and many outdoor activities.

What you’ll bring

• Willingness to work in an industrial plant environment (Monday–Friday on day shift)
• Major in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues
• Success in working with other people or teams to meet a common objective
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Currently enrolled full time at an accredited four-year college or university
• US citizen, permanent resident or otherwise authorized to work for Michelin on an ongoing, indefinite basis (this position is not available for immigration sponsorship)
