This position is with the Completions Mechanical Engineering team in Appleton, WI, seeking enthusiastic and driven students for a summer internship within the Completions Structural Engineering group.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical engineering design, modeling, and drafting of new and derivative versions of interior furnishings and wire harnesses as part of outfitting new Gulfstream business aircraft
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Display maturity and a high level of professionalism
• Proven leadership skills on-campus or in a previous work atmosphere
• Previous internship experience a plus

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Completion of sophomore year prior to the internship start date
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume
• Available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Summer 2027 semester, beginning in May 2027
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Program Structure

• Juniors: Two rotations required
• Seniors & Graduate Students: One rotation required
• Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall)
