for section headings; we cannot have subheadings. Could we merge Requirements and Qualifications into one "Qualifications" section with two lists labeled? But we cannot add custom headings inside; we could just have one list with both basic and preferred qualifications, but we need to preserve distinction? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep both but maybe combine into one section with headings inside paragraphs? Not allowed to create new headings besides h3. Could we use
to label "Basic Qualifications:" and then list? That's okay. So we could have a single Qualifications section containing both basic and preferred qualifications, using paragraphs to label them. That would reduce number of sections. Similarly, Skills could be merged into Responsibilities or Qualifications. But we already have communication and software proficiency in Responsibilities; other skills like analytical, problem solving, initiative could be added to Responsibilities as well. So we could drop Skills section. Benefits, Pay, Schedule remain. Thus we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine basic and preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to follow the allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can omit any we don't have content for. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. We need to decide whether to keep Qualifications separate from Requirements. The posting has Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. So we can have Requirements for basic, Qualifications for preferred. That's fine. Thus we keep Requirements (basic) and Qualifications (preferred). Skills we can drop. Now we need to ensure we don't have thin sections. Requirements and Qualifications each have multiple items, good. Now we need to check that we didn't include any boilerplate like "Exempt Status", "Workplace Type", "Our Approach to Office Workplace Type", "Huntington will not sponsor applicants...". We removed those. Now check for any duplicated lines: We have "Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications" in Requirements; also we have "Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite" in Responsibilities (aptitude). Slight duplication but it's okay as it's substantive. Now check for any placeholders like "commensurate with experience" - none. Now produce HTML. Let's craft final HTML:
