About the role

Our interns will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and industries, enabling them to gain comprehensive exposure to various business sectors. This approach aligns with our commitment to fostering a well-rounded skill set in our interns.

Interns will engage in early and frequent interactions with firm shareholders and clients. This hands-on experience is crucial for their professional development, allowing them to build relationships with key stakeholders within our organization and the clients we serve.

Our interns will benefit from career development initiatives and mentorship programs facilitated by both firm shareholders and client managers. This support system is designed to guide interns through their internship, offering guidance, answering questions, and aiding in their overall professional growth.

To enhance their technical skills and leadership capabilities, interns will participate in company-sponsored training programs conducted by industry leaders within our network. These programs are integral to the continuous development of our interns and preparing them for future challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Work with members of the firm to provide audit and advisory services to closely held companies.
  • Partner with a mentor who guides them through the internship and answers any questions.
  • Engage in early and frequent interactions with firm shareholders and clients.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training programs conducted by industry leaders.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a major in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Experience with auditing and financial reporting preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $35.00 per hour.

Schedule

Interns are expected to work 32 hours a week Monday through Thursday.
