About the Role

Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The partnership includes overseeing the food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites, and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events, and food and beverage-related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship.

The Suites Runner position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Premium Service Department, specifically in the Suites environment. The role ensures that items needed in the suites are obtained and delivered in a timely manner before and during events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up of events by delivering orders in a timely and courteous manner
• Deliver product as directed during events
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
• Have a strong knowledge of the building and pertinent event locations
• Be knowledgeable of food, beverage, and menu items
• Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 30 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time while navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators
• Ability to work all Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training, and any additional job-specific safety training
