About the role

The Suite Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverage items from the kitchen to guests in-suite, ensuring timely and accurate service while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. This role involves setup, breakdown, and restocking duties, as well as maintaining a professional and guest-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage from the kitchen to guests in-seat.
• Understand and communicate all menu offerings.
• Follow setup and breakdown processes efficiently, completing all event responsibilities within provided timelines.
• Perform post-event product inventory and restock as needed.
• Understand and complete all event paperwork and reports.
• Exceed guest expectations with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
• Adhere to location appearance guidelines and maintain prep/service areas.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies and safety/sanitation practices.
• Maintain and understand the importance of equipment upkeep.
• Assist fellow employees as needed and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and actively engage physically with guests.
• Capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Physical and mental alertness to react in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate stamina and agility to remain mobile for long periods throughout the day.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Easily and quickly transition between sitting and standing positions.

Pay

$12.77 per hour.
