Suite Runner

Summary

Legends Global, in partnership with ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena, seeks a Suite Porter/Runner to deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen to guest in accordance with company service standards.

Essential Duties

• Delivers orders from kitchen to guest in an efficient and timely manner
• Completes opening and closing side work as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager
• Assists dessert carts with restocking/serving of desserts during events
• Buses suites, with the suite attendant's approval, taking empty dishes to the kitchen
• Adheres to dress code which includes wearing black pants and non-slip soled closed toe shoes

Education & Experience

• No experience required
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or banquet hospitality experience preferred

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company's Universal Service Standards
• Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
• Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
• Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training
• Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds
• This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events
