Sugarloaf Base Services Custodian and Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• All types of cleaning/janitorial duties in and around the resort's base lodge.
• Maintenance duties such as painting and general carpentry are required occasionally.
• The ability to work outside in all types of weather will be required as well.

Qualifications

• Be a self-starter.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to lift up to 40+ lbs in order to complete tasks.
• Have own transportation.

Pay

Starting wage is anticipated to be $18-20/hour depending upon experience.

Schedule

This position is eligible for shift meals and is full-time, year-round with one full-time, year-round position and full-time seasonal spot available at this time.
