About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve client-reported issues promptly.
  • Maintain and upgrade client equipment as needed.
  • Train clients on basic technical operations.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with common IT software and hardware.
  • Knowledge of network administration and security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with remote access tools and software.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
