About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client-reported issues promptly.
- Maintain and upgrade client equipment as needed.
- Train clients on basic technical operations.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with common IT software and hardware.
- Knowledge of network administration and security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with remote access tools and software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
