About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client-reported issues
- Maintain and upgrade client equipment
- Train clients on new technologies and software
- Document service procedures and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools
- Experience with common IT support software
- Technical proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
