Responsibilities The Service Technician reports directly to the Community Manager and is responsible for the daily maintenance operations of the property, including: Completing all service requests in a timely and professional mannerMaintaining landscaping, pool care, and grounds upkeepPerforming preventive maintenance tasks and inspectionsSupporting turn-key operations for apartment make-readies Qualifications HVAC or EPA certification preferredPool maintenance experience preferredMinimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience with a focus on repairs, customer service, and upkeepStrong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair Apply Today!
