Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Service Technician Location: Valley Estates of Clarksville - Clarksville, AR Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for property maintenance? We're currently seeking a skilled Apartment Service Technician to join our team and help maintain our charming 96-unit community.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to service requests
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks
• Overseeing pool care, landscaping, and grounds upkeep
• Preparing apartments for new move-ins (turnkey/make-ready work)
• Maintaining tools, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
• Delivering exceptional service to residents with a positive, professional attitude

Requirements

• HVAC or EPA certification (preferred)
• Pool maintenance experience (preferred)
• At least 1 year of multi-family property maintenance experience
• General knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
• Physical requirements: able to lift up to 75 lbs; able to bend, stoop, twist, and work in confined spaces; comfortable with climbing stairs and reaching overhead for extended periods; able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
