Success Partner Coordinator

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Present parent orientations monthly
• Develop a monthly parent newsletter
• Attends all family engagement activities
• Supports new school year launch
• Presents trainings for parents
• Plans outreach events for parents/success partners (online and in person)
• Holds monthly parent engagement events (online and in person)
• Affords enrollment calls to parents
• Completes clerical duties as needed (answering emails and phone calls from families timely)
• Collaborates with Community Engagement Specialist to support student/parent engagement

Requirements

• Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; in the field closely related to education, human development and or customer service is required.
• Certificates And Licenses: Nevada Substitute Teaching license required on or within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum Required Qualifications: Two (2) years of college AND Two (2) years of experience in education OR Equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Desired Qualifications: Experience working with the proposed age group; Experience supporting adults and children in learning and the use of technology; An ability to learn new technology tools quickly (e.g. database and web-based tools)
