About the role

A client success coordinator will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and implement solutions
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance client engagement and retention
  • Monitor client progress and provide regular feedback and support
  • Prepare and present reports on client performance and trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
