Hourly rate: $19.00 (Undergraduate). All internship positions are onsite and require regular, in-person attendance at the designated work location.

About the Department

Facilities Management assists in the development, implementation, and tracking of the Facilities Division Strategic vision goals. This division is responsible for the monitoring and analysis of performance indicators, maintaining information systems for planning and control of project development, and overseeing contract development across all Facilities teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and expedite the development of projects within Facilities Management under general supervision.
  • Assist renovation projects on a departmental level.
  • Support operations by conducting analyses, designing and implementing studies, and identifying trends and root causes.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining project trackers.
  • Assist with creating user guides and training material.
  • Assist with creating work order tickets and updating the status of work orders.
  • Extract data from various sources, clean, transform, and load it into the dashboard environment.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards using BI tools like Power BI.
  • Create effective and visually appealing charts, graphs, and other visualizations to represent data insights.
  • Analyze data from EAM systems and other data sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with system configuration, user training, and troubleshooting related to the EAM system.

Projects

  • System development in Power Apps.
  • Dashboard development (Power BI).
  • Training documentation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently while being an active team player.

Qualifications

  • Matriculated in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least a 2.5 GPA.
  • Preferred majors: Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
  • Students’ transcript must be submitted.
