Job Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets.
- Direct daily activities.
- Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
- Train/mentor other food service workers.
- Perform preventative maintenance checklist.
- Recommend replacement of existing equipment to meet facility needs.
- Multi-task and perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
- Must complete a sanitation course before or during the first year.
- Knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
- Maintain emotional control under stress.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain a food safety certification within 6 months of hire, if one is not currently valid.
Qualifications
- Open availability apx schedule: 1pm-10pm, 6pm-12:30am.
- Weekends required will be on rotation.
