Substitute Paraeducator 2026-2027
About the Role
Substitute Paraeducators are employed on an at-will basis during the school year to fill in for absences and vacancies. Work hours will vary based on the assignment selected. Mandatory online orientation and training will occur after a candidate is selected for the Substitute Pool.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proof of High School Diploma or GED will be required in the form of original diploma or copy of official transcripts.
Pay
Substitute hourly rate for 2026-2027: Paraeducator $26.17

Applications will be reviewed when complete (with all appropriate confidential reference surveys returned—one must be from a recent supervisor). Applicants will be contacted by the Substitute Office as openings occur within the Substitute Pool.
