About the role

The Educational Service Center of Central Ohio is seeking individuals to join our team. We provide professional development, curriculum support, and other educational services to schools and districts in central Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and administrators in implementing effective teaching strategies and curricula
• Develop and deliver professional development workshops and training sessions
• Assist in the creation and implementation of district-wide initiatives
• Maintain current knowledge of educational trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field preferred
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Knowledge of state and federal education policies

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
