Responsibilities

• Aid in medication assistance and administration
• Provide nursing services
• Train and supervise staff
• Encourage resident self-care and independence
• Ensure compliance with resident treatment and service plans
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review and update resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies according to RN scope of practice and state regulations
• Support residents' dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing
• One year of supervisory experience in healthcare (preferred)
• New graduates encouraged to apply

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
