Subrogation Adjuster

About the role

Individuals in this role will be responsible for the identification and collection of subrogation recoveries, including first-party U-Haul equipment damages, third-party auto liability damages, and commercial general liability damages.

Responsibilities

• Follow the structured policy and procedures of subrogation
• Track and monitor payments and payment arrangements
• Heavy phone work requiring excellent customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication abilities
• All other duties as required to ensure compliance with state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations

Requirements

• Collections and/or adjusting experience
• Highly organized and self-motivated
