We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must only include sections where posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Key parts: - Intro: "Working at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory we foster pride in belonging to an organization whose culture is made up of these core values: Trust, Empowerment, and Collaboration. Our company promotes a positive culture while ensuring the safety and reliability of our nation's naval nuclear reactors, and training the Sailors who operate those reactors in the U.S. Navy's submarines and aircraft carrier Fleets. Looking for a lifetime career? Apply today!" This is generic marketing; maybe we can treat as "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and include that intro text (maybe trimmed). Should we include "Looking for a lifetime career? Apply today!" That's like a call to action; maybe we should drop application instructions. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop "Looking for a lifetime career? Apply today!" as it's an application instruction. Also remove "Job Description" heading? Not needed. Then we have description of role: "The Spent Fuel Handling Recapitalization (SFHP) Department was formed to deliver the Naval Spent Fuel Handling Facility which will recapitalize the spent fuel processing capabilities of the Expended Core Facility (ECF) in Idaho. The manager of the Project Management and Integration (PMI), Subdivision in the SFHP Department is a key member of the Department Manager's senior leadership team and is responsible for partnering with the Capital Project Directorate Subdivision Managers to provide strategic direction and support for all projects that will recapitalize ECF, which are the SFHP, the Naval Examination Acquisition Project (NEAP) which will recapitalize the expended core examination capabilities, and the Interim Irradiations Examination Recapitalization (IIER) which recapitalizes capabilities supporting irradiations testing at the Advanced Test Reactor. The PMI Sub-division is a multi-site organization consisting of one unit based at NRF and two units based at Bettis with personnel at Liberty Street and KAPL. Specific duties include development and maintenance of the project management systems and processes used by SFHP, NEAP and IIER to manage ongoing and future major projects. The PMI Manager has a leadership role across Capital Projects to integrate efforts and drive decisions, deliver and enhance tools for work planning, performance monitoring, managing risks, coordinating the delivery of planning and budgetary work products to Naval Reactors, and managing Department and Project level communications. Additional responsibilities include engaging with the Reactor Servicing and Technology Directorate Management Offices (DMO) as well as other DMOs on strategic and tactical decision making and projects to improve productivity and effectiveness throughout NNL. The manager should demonstrate a strong commitment to the Team 1 philosophy and the NNL leadership values and behaviors. The manager should exercise leadership qualities to develop and leverage the Project Management culture and the skills of all SFHP Department employees in the accomplishment of NNL’s mission and goals. The manager should initiate and drive the execution of actions that further the productivity of SFHP personnel. The manager is expected to administer and interpret CP-specific policies and procedures affecting SFHP, NEAP, and IIER through collaboration with members of senior management. The selected candidate is expected to gain valuable experience and development in this position that could serve them well in future positions." That's responsibilities. Could be under Responsibilities heading. Then "Required Combination Of Knowledge And Skill Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field and previous management experience; or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and previous management experience." That's qualifications/requirements. Then "Preferred Skills" list: bullet-like sentences. Then "Compensation And Benefits" list of benefits. Then "Pay Range $159,200.00 - $253,800.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guideline only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations." Then other info about employer, citizenship, background check, drug test, EEO etc. Those are boilerplate/legal; we should remove. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay range is specific, so we can include Pay section. Benefits: list is specific, so include Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info; do not include Schedule. We need to decide headings: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Required and Preferred?), Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. But we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we have both required and preferred. Could have "Requirements" for required, and "Preferred Skills" for preferred. Or combine into "Qualifications". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can choose which to include. We have: - About the role: intro paragraph (excluding call to action). Could be: "Working at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory we foster pride in belonging to an organization whose culture is made up of these core values: Trust, Empowerment, and Collaboration. Our company promotes a positive culture while ensuring the safety and reliability of our nation's naval nuclear reactors, and training the Sailors who operate those reactors in the U.S. Navy's submarines and aircraft carrier Fleets." - Responsibilities: the long paragraph describing duties. - Requirements: the required combination of knowledge and skill (bachelors degree + experience). Could be formatted as
  • ... maybe two alternatives. - Qualifications: maybe the preferred skills list. - Skills: maybe we could merge preferred skills into Qualifications; but we have both headings available. Could put preferred skills under Skills. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: pay range. We must not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact wording? Probably we can keep the substance but can rephrase slightly as long as we preserve meaning. Safer to keep close to original. We'll produce:
