Subcontractor / Deck Crew

Responsibilities

• Demo, framing, decking, railings, stairs, and trim on residential decks
• Install composite, PVC, and pressure-treated systems to manufacturer spec
• Work from our plans and material lists, flagging issues before they get buried
• Keep the site tidy and homeowner-friendly every single day
• Pass our quality walkthrough before final invoice

Requirements

• 3+ years building decks (not just general carpentry)
• Your own truck, tools, and a reliable 2–4 person crew
• General liability insurance and workers' comp certificates
• Comfortable pulling accurate measurements and reading framing plans
• Professional with homeowners — no yelling, no smoking on site, no surprises
