About the role

Your Home Improvement Company (YHIC) is seeking experienced 1099 Subcontractor Installation Crews to support our growing business. We are looking for professional crews specializing in replacement windows, Roofs, bath remodeling, exterior doors, and siding installations.

Responsibilities

• Install one or more of the products listed above (Roofing, Windows, Siding, Baths & Showers, Exterior Doors)
• Provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Work consistent year-round
• Receive competitive piece-rate compensation

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
• General Liability Insurance
• Appropriate Tools and Equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Established installation crew
• Experience in residential remodeling
• Multi-product installation experience (a plus)

Pay

$100,000 – $250,000+ annually (varies by territory, crew size, production volume, and product line)
