Responsibilities
- Lay out jobs
- Manage job operations, delegate tasks, and manage crew
- Load and unload materials
- Dig holes and use shovels
- Use basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, speed square)
- Use basic power tools (circular saw, nail gun, drill, impact screw gun)
- Read a level
- Drive vehicles
- Coordinate with Company Production department to scope jobs and complete projects according to details in installer’s packet
- Occasionally work on Saturdays
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work daily
- Comfortable lifting 50–80 lbs. and working on your feet
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic, able to deliver quality construction at a pace commensurate with a well-experienced, well-coordinated team
- Ability to provide own crew, truck, trailer, and tools
- Commercial insurance required
- Valid driver’s license
- Outdoor, year-round work in varying weather conditions
- Local travel to job sites in the St. Louis area
