General Description

Responsibilities

  • Supported daily business operations by managing administrative workflows, payroll-related documentation, and invoicing processes
  • Aided with labor tracking, payroll verification, and documentation accuracy to ensure timely and compliant compensation processes
  • Maintained and updated digital filing systems and payroll-related records, ensuring organization and audit readiness
  • Processed and routed documentation through DocuSign, including work authorizations, agreements, and payroll-related forms
  • Cross-coordinated with internal teams to ensure accurate labor allocation, time tracking, and billing alignment
  • Prepared and completed templates for invoicing, labor reporting, and financial documentation
  • Entered and maintained data in software systems daily, ensuring accuracy in payroll support and financial tracking
  • Collaborated with team members and leadership to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Provided responsive support across teams to resolve discrepancies in labor records, invoices, and payroll data
  • Delivered strong customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
