General Description

- Processed and routed documentation through DocuSign, including work authorizations, agreements, and payroll-related forms
- Cross-coordinated with internal teams to ensure accurate labor allocation, time tracking, and billing alignment
- Prepared and completed templates for invoicing, labor reporting, and financial documentation
- Entered and maintained data in software systems daily, ensuring accuracy in payroll support and financial tracking
